FOX has a new address in São Paulo. With the help of the Transactions and Projects & Development Services teams of JLL, the broadcaster began to concentrate its operations in the capital of São Paulo in the modern São Paulo Corporate Towers, in Vila Olímpia.
"We needed to merge two sites due to cost matters. JLL embraced this project when we were looking for the new place," recalls FOX Chief Financial Officer Nelson Chelini.
According to the New Business Manager of the Project & Development Services area of JLL, Luciana Arouca, the moment of formalization of the partnership was conducive to "identify the client pain points and design the best resource" to mend them.
Among FOX's needs was the desire for a high-ceilinged property that accommodated its studios, as well as support in the electrical area.
"São Paulo Corporate Towers came to meet everything that was desired by the company," points out the Real Estate Business Coordinator of JLL, Maria Piroupo. "Together we evaluated the regions of interest, size and technical specifications," she adds.
The synergy was highly valued by FOX, a "very democratic" company with departments acting jointly, in the words of its Chief Financial Officer.
"JLL played a key role at this point, because we needed to integrate areas even internationally. We gathered opinions from a multidisciplinary team and made the project go within the defined scope and time," concludes Chelini.
On the other hand, JLL also benefited from efficient communication with FOX. "We are very used to acting in this way, understanding other cultures," says Luciana Arouca. "Client confidence is a determining factor in delivering a project aligned with expectations," adds the New Business Manager of the real estate advisory company.
