JLL is elected the best real estate consultancy in Brazil for the fifth time, and the fourth consecutive time
The company, headquartered in São Paulo and with a regional office in Rio de Janeiro, won first place in all categories of the Euromoney Real Estate Awards
JLL is the best real estate consultancy in Brazil. This is attested by Euromoney, who conferred the title on the multinational for the fifth time, and the fourth consecutive time. In addition to winning the Euromoney Real Estate Awards in 2016, 2017, 2018 and now 2019, the company had already been awarded in 2014.
And JLL has gone even further. Just like last year, the consultancy did not miss out on first place in any of the categories of the traditional award, which is a benchmark in the industry and classifies the leading companies worldwide based on the votes of developers, investment managers, banks and corporate users of real estate services.
"We are very proud, for example, of achieving leadership in Leasing and Sales for the second year in a row. This only proves the strength of JLL, which has continued to work with excellence even in the recession we have faced in Brazil in recent years," commented André Rosa, managing director of Transactions.
In addition to the achievements in Leasing and Sales, JLL took first place once again in Valuation and in Research. Such dominance in the real estate segment also has the recognition of customers - 95% of them would recommend the services of the best consultancy in the country.
