Retail Market in Poland July 2019

Retail market shows signs of momentum after slow Q1: seven new projects were delivered to the market in Q2, while seven other schemes were extended.

The most noteworthy highlight of the first half of the year was eagerly anticipated opening of Galeria Młociny in Warsaw. The 78,500 m² GLA project is the largest completion of the whole of 2019 and the biggest shopping centre delivered to the market since Posnania opening in 2016.
