Logistic warehouses market presents good performance in contracted volume | 1Q2023
With gross absorption higher than the same period last year, the sector has a drop in vacancy.

The market for logistics warehouses started 2023 in a frenzy. The first quarter had the best result for the same period in the last 10 years in terms of leased volume. The data are part of the First Look study, carried out by JLL.
The forecast is that the market will remain heated, with an estimate of more than 3 million sqm of new stock to be delivered during the year. The first quarter registered 323,000 sqm incorporated into the national market, with 43% of the volume in the State of São Paulo, 21% in Minas Gerais, 15% in Rio de Janeiro and 11% in Espírito Santo.
