Buenos Aires Office Report, Q3 2019

In the third quarter of 2019, the total Buenos Aires corporate office stock amounted 1,540,000 square meters, with the addition of 13,000 square meters in this period, corresponding to a building in the Zona Norte GBA submarket.

In regard to new supply, it is expected that 149,000 square meters will be added next year, all corresponding to future Class A inventory. This amount represents an increase of 9% over the current corporate stock. The majority of the area to be added will be concentrated in the northern submarkets. Moreover, it is forecasted that almost 74,500 square meters will have been added by 2021, most of which will once again correspond to Zona Norte GBA and Zona Norte CABA (28% each).
