What are the most practiced work models in Latin America? How are different sectors of the economy behaving in relation to the global advance of the hybrid? Has the COVID-19 pandemic changed the way organizations are occupying spaces?

These are some of the questions that the unprecedented report “Future of work: workplace policies in Latin America”, produced by the JLL Research and Strategy team, seeks to answer. Based on a survey of around 300 companies from 13 Latin American countries, it is possible that companies spread across the region can have access to consolidated material that provides a perspective on their initiatives to guide strategic decisions in relation to spaces of work.

*The sample collected by JLL is diverse and representative in terms of origin, size, economic sector and company type.
