Minas Gerais gains prominence in the logistics condominiums market | 3Q2022

State registers the highest average price in Brazil and has Extrema attracting more and more attention from occupants.

The growth of e-commerce and digital services has boosted the high-end condominium market throughout Brazil, especially in Minas Gerais. In the third quarter of 2022, approximately 168 thousand m² were delivered in the state, according to the First Look, carried out by JLL. The projection is that, by the end of the year, another 173 thousand m² will be delivered, with most of this stock located in the Extrema region.

It is not just Minas Gerais that has received new stock of logistics warehouses. States in the North, Northeast, Southeast and South are expected to open new projects in the third quarter of 2022. More than 1.1 million m² are expected to be delivered throughout Brazil by the end of the year. Most of it should be concentrated in São Paulo (594 thousand m²), but deliveries are planned in Sergipe, Bahia and Santa Catarina, among others.
