Gross absorption volume increased by more than 50% compared to 2H2021.

While the high-end corporate market in São Paulo ended 2022 with the best performance since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, the scenario for the class B office segment was also positive, with continued growth after the pandemic period and expectations of an increase of new business in 2023.
