Faria Lima stood out in the São Paulo office market in the second quarter of 2020, presenting the best absorptions among the main regions of the city. Elsewhere, the impact of the coronavirus pandemic was more incisive.

In the aspect of new business, the primary regions continue to obtain greater volume, but also the secondary and alternative ones stand out. The financial sector was the third segment with the most leases, accounting for 23.4% of new businesses.

For 2020, about 171.000 m² are still planned, with the largest delivery to Faria Lima. And, due to the volume of new inventories received and the impact of the pandemic, the market experienced a variation in the availability index, reaching 15.5%.
