In commemorative live, JLL discusses how to transform the user experience in commercial buildings
Online event brought together experts to debate what the most modern and smart corporate ventures should offer their attendees.
With the growing concern about the experience of patrons for the success of property management, how to increase comfort, facilities and technology in the daily lives of users of commercial spaces? This was the theme that guided the second commemorative live of JLL's 25 years of presence in Brazil, held this Thursday (27).
Broadcast live on JLL Brasil's social channels, the event was mediated by CBN anchor, Débora Freitas, and brought together Fábio Martins (Property Management director at JLL), Claudia Vale (CX consultant and founder of FLWOW!) and Fabiana Stumpf (property manager of Autonomy Investimentos), with the special participation of Fábio Maceira (CEO Brasil of JLL) and Vinícius Santos (tech advisor of JLL Technologies).
“For over 200 years in the world and for 25 years in Brazil, JLL has always sought to listen to its customers. Understanding the need and helping with the transformation is our ambition and, in this way, we seek to shape the future of work and the real estate market”, said the CEO of JLL Brazil, Fábio Maceira.
During the event, guests addressed various topics related to the transformation of the projects. From meeting the needs of physical changes, with works, to adding facilities to the user's journey, companies will increasingly have to be aware of new demands in order to offer a pleasant and technological experience.
“To generate a positive experience, companies must understand all the steps that the customer goes through and ask themselves about the possibility of providing this condition in a more pleasant way. The big change is to start looking at the human being, in the case of the corporate building, seeing the difficulty and starting to deliver facilities”, explained Cláudia Vale, customer experience consultant and founder of FLWOW!.
“Today, the projects are prepared to act as an extension of the work space. There are services available so that the person, when leaving home and going to a building to work, can, at the same time, solve a good part of their life and needs. All these facilities, working together with technology, are things that customers are looking for. Connectivity is important”, analyzed Fábio Martins, Director of Property Management at JLL.
