JLL intensifies the Valuation and Advisory Services area

In line with its global strategy to strengthen services, JLL intensifies the Valuation and Advisory Services (VAS) area in Brazil. The business line is a merger between the areas of Hotels & Hospitality and Consulting and Valuation, with Ricardo Mader as leader.

A reference for the public and private sectors, Ricardo Mader has 35 years of experience in real estate consulting, working both in the development and repositioning of assets in Brazil and in South America, participating in projects of significant urban impact throughout his career.

JLL Brazil still has international recognition in the provision of consulting and evaluation services, with recurring achievements in the categories at Euromoney Real Estate Awards, a traditional sector award.

"The VAS area appears to make our company even more prepared to meet the growing demand for infrastructure projects in Brazil, in addition to strengthening our service mix", comments JLL Brazil CEO, Fábio Maceira.

In the leadership of the area, Ricardo Mader will have the support of Magno Stipkovic, working directly with the team and the valuation demands, and Pedro Freire, with the objective of expanding the consulting services for all types of real estate assets.

“The VAS team will continue to be in charge of services related to hotels and hospitality, such as commercialization and asset management, which will allow us to continue offering specialization as a differentiator for our clients in this sector”, explains Mader.
