New businesses grow, and office market in São Paulo has a rise in occupations | 3T 2019

Volume of rented spaces doubles, with emphasis for the Berrini/Chucri axis.

The high-end office market registered a high volume of new businesses and a significant drop of availability in the city of São Paulo in 10 of the 15 mapped regions, according to the First Look report done by JLL. The axis formed by Berrini and Chucri Zaidan was responsible for 36% of this movement. Today the region is the biggest market in the city, still shows important stock available and price stability, generating interest for new occupations.
