São Paulo market heads towards balance between owners and tenants | Q2 2019

If, from the perspective of the city’s average, the corporate offices market is still more favourable to the tenant, the scenario is very different for the primary regions.

While the secondary and alternative regions present a commercial availability of 31.0% and 21.4%, respectively, the primary regions show an average of 14.7%. For Faria Lima, Itaim, JK and Vila Olímpia regions, which availability is below 10%, the bias is contrary to the city’s average, since these markets already are more favourable to the owner.
